Finding Freedom

We last looked at how our lives can get stuck in RUTS---Routine Unproductive Tracks. And we examined how concentrating, focusing on positive changes—step by step—can get us out of our ruts and negative patterns.

On this day of celebrating freedom, in this land of liberty and wonderful choices, what is it we want to change?

For our health, how will we find freedom from the patterns that work against a healthy and balanced diet and combine these commitments with habits of heart moving exercise? 

In a land that epitomizes movement and the freedom to move where we want, how will we go forward with better choices?  What “bad habits” do we want to eliminate and replace with better ones?
