Step Into Fitness Faire

The Step Into Fitness Faire began in 2003 in an effort to reach working adults who simply find it difficult to eat healthy and participate in regular physical activity during the workday. Our purpose is to demonstrate healthful tips, treats, exercises and services that can help working adults make healthier choices every day.

The Fit Faire is held annually on the third Thursday in May (California Fitness Month) at the State Capitol and in conjunction with Bike to Work Week when possible. It is geared primarily toward working adults. Every year, this program increases in both vendors and attendees. Our vendors care about people and they want to show the latest and greatest products and services available to working adults.
