Step Into Fitness Faire
Thank you for your interest in the Wellness Task Force. Final staff will be leaving by May 31, 2011 after 10 years of providing exciting programs, extensive research and community events throughout California. The Step Into Fitness Faire began in 2003 in an effort to reach working adults who simply find it difficult to eat healthy and participate in regular physical activity during the workday. The Faire demonstrated healthful tips, treats, exercises and services that can help working adults make healthier choices every day. The Fit Faire was held annually on the third Thursday in May (California Fitness Month) at the State Capitol and in conjunction with Bike to Work Week when possible.
